We will be closed for construction from Nov. 25 through the end of January
Our field trip packages are specially prepared for homeschoolers, Girl Scouts and other groups of children who want to learn about horses. Each group will be assisted by our highly experienced equestrian staff as they will learn how to be safe around horses, what kind of brushes are used to care for them, and we will even learn to pick their hooves. During mucking they will learn barn safety and how to clean the stalls and keep them fresh and comfortable for the animals. We will finish off with a led horse ride and a cup of carrots to feed the residents.
Each field trip will last approximately 90-120 minutes, depending on the number of participants.
Participation fee is basically $30.00 per participant but may be charged for more if special requests are to be made. One group can be no more than 8 participants, ages need to be 7 and older. Please pay on the day of the session through Paypal or cash at the farm, dollars are appreciated. If you need to pay in Yen please ask for a estimate due to the currency rate. Sessions will be on schedule rain or shine, but a free riding ticket will be issued if it rains so the participants can enjoy their ride on a sunny day.
Field trips are available throughout the week and require a reservation. Please contact us via Facebook or Instagram to book a date.
